Treatment of Correction Filings
For the purpose of pricing calculations, correction filings are treated as regular new filings. It is important to note that certain types of corrections may require you to submit two new filings, and in such cases, they will count as two separate, billable filings for pricing.

Our special tiered pricing model, which offers substantial savings for volume filers, is only available during the peak filing season, which runs from December 1st to April 1st. Any filing submitted outside of this designated timeframe will be charged at the standard Tier 1 full price, regardless of volume.

- The first 5 filings are charged at the standard Tier 1 price.
